Just a short note to commend the most efficient service to my car and self from Bay Horse Saab, Blackburn when I has a minor corrosion problem recently.

They arranged a courtesy car whilst the repairs were carried out (a rather nice sports estate) & my car returned on time and looked great.

‘Move the Mind'

This certainly happened to me when I casually drove into my local Saab garage.

I'm a BMW driver and thrilled and proud to be one.  I loved my 3 series and was about to change my compact for a smaller 1 series.

What happened!!

My criteria for my next car was

-  Automatic
- 4 door
- Cruise
- Sensors

Walking along a line of gleaming Saabs thinking these are ‘Grampa' cars and not for me, No way!

Everything changed when a super salesman called Craig Passmore spoke to me and has looked after me ever since.

He encouraged me to test drive an Aero Sports Wagon! I will never forget the unbelievable feeling.  It did move my mind - fantastic!

The Bay Horse Garage is great. Craig is so professional. 

I believe he deserves a good pat on the back and congratulate him for being so kind, understanding and patient with me.

I'm thrilled with my car and look forward to being a regular customer of the Bay Horse, well not often.

I think people are very quick to complain these days.

I'm just someone who wants to say thanks to Saab and Craig.

Dear Sir

I just wanted you to know that I received excellent service from your staff when I called in last Monday.  I had what I thought was a problem with the icons on the dashboard - the lady on reception who I believe was Debbie Standring was so helpful and friendly.
She asked one of your guys to have a look and he promptly came out and tested it and assured me that all was well.
I have never used your garage before and as I will only have my Saab for a short time longer its unlikely I will be back - however I shall certainly recommend you to any of my friends who have a Saab.
In this day and age it is all to easy to criticise everything and that is why I wanted to spare a few moments to write and let you know what a good job your staff are doing.

I recently took delivery of a vehicle from Bay Horse.  Upon recommendation, I made my initial appointment with Craig.  Along with Paul, the sales process and hand over was outstanding.  Vicki and I found Craig and Paul to be helpful but by no means assertive.  They were genuine in their approach.

Having nearly clocked up my first thousand miles as I commute to and from Stockport each day I am thoroughly pleased with the car and will pass any future business your way wherever possible.

It's great to be back in a Saab after an absence of some 5 years following serious problems with Lookers Saab in Bootle.  Bay Horse and Craig in particular, have restored our faith in Saab.  We have tried several dealerships in our area, but none provided what we believe to be a true "Saab Experience", until we visited Bay Horse Saab and met Craig.  Well done to both Craig and Bay Horse, we envisage a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the best Saab team around.
